Cancellation Policy
There is a no-questions-asked cancellation policy within 24 hours of your appointment, in hopes that if anyone feels unwell the day before a session they will feel empowered to call and cancel. If you are feeling symptomatic in any way, COVID related or otherwise, we cannot treat you.
Withstanding emergency circumstances, if you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment or do not show up for your appointment you will be charged the lowest rate on the sliding scale.
In the event that a scholarship recipient does not show up for their appointment, they may lose their scholarship at the discretion of Vermont Full Body Wellness.
